Originally from Indiana, owner David Maudlin, has worked in and loved the restaurant business all his life. After moving to Florida in 1995, he ran and assisted opening a number of local restaurants.
In April 2018 he is at last launching his own exciting new venture - Tidewater Bistro.
This location holds a special place in David's heart as it was where his parents ate dinner nearly every Saturday after church.
Tidewater Bistro has been carefully and lovingly renovated with a clean new look, offering guests the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy causal, island style fare with fresh and often locally sourced ingredients.
Summer hours starting 06/04 are lunch 11am-4pm and dinner 4pm-9pm, closed Sunday.
